It’s no secret reading is awesome. Through books we can discover new lands, and become completely different people. Through books we broaden our horizons and gain new perspectives on life. Reading stimulates our minds, keeps boredom away, and makes us smarter. If you know someone who doesn’t enjoy reading or can’t see any benefits to reading, share today’s list with them. In this day and age, there’s no reason why everyone shouldn’t be reading.

Many of the reasons below are based on scientific fact, while others are some good reasons to encourage reading. I think we all agree, reading is awesome.
